CANCELLATIONS OF BOOKINGS

Any deposit paid will be refunded if a booking is cancelled giving more than 48 hours notice.  If the booking is rescheduled less than 12 hours from your booking your deposit will be retained to cover costs incurred. A new deposit will be collected upon rebooking.

'No shows' (30 minutes late without communication) deposits are not refunded and clients who have previously 'No showed' will be required to pay the full amount for their next appointment upon rebooking.

Returns/Refund Policy

If one of our products fails to meet a consumer guarantee depending on whether it is deemed  minor or major you are entitled to either repair, replacement or refund .

For this to occur you will be required to:

Email us at Noosa Lashes within 48 hours of you receiving your order outlining the details of your product issue. Emails will be answered within 48 hours.

Products in dispute requiring replacement/refund must be returned within 7 days of purchasing at the purchasers expense and will be dealt with in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Postage will be refunded if the fault is deemed to be major so please keep your postage receipts.

Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

No exchanges or refunds will be entered into outside of the above time frame.

For overseas purchases we are unable to refund any duties or taxes incurred relating to the purchase of your product.

Change your mind?

If you change your mind regarding your purchase we are not required to provide a refund however we want you to be happy so please contact us immediately to enable us to assist you.

All returns that are not the result of a manufacturing defect must be returned unopened and in the original packaging and returned at the purchasers expense.

Magnetic Eyelashes RETURNS POLICY: As the Silk Magnetic Eyelashes are reusable and are considered a hygienic product, Silk Oil of Morocco take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously. Therefore Silk Oil of Morocco does not offer refunds or exchanges on all Silk Magnetic Eyelashes if you change your mind or feel the style does not suit you. Refunds will only be honoured if the Silk Magnetic Eyelashes are deemed faulty after inspection from our Quality Assurance department.
